You are bidding on a PAIR of Antique Designer Mahogany Upholstered Sofa Parlor Club Chairs. This pair is a RARE FIND due to its size, age and beauty and dates back to the earlier part of he 1900s. Each chair sits on beautifully tapered block legs with reeded trim and brass caster tipped feet. The arm rests are beautifully curved and crested along with the backrest which has beautiful curve and contour. The upholstery is the most GORGEOUS floral Adams decorated Satin fabric by Scalamadre I have ever seen. It has beautiful bell flowers, Ancathus leaves, Oval embroidery finails and floral urns with to much beautiful detail to list. Its a bit of French, American, English designs all rolled in one and is one of the nicest fabric I have ever seen. These are EXCELLENT accent chairs that can be used in the hallway or foyer, in a bedroom or living room, study, library and for anyw else throughout your home and I PROMISE will be a topic of conversation. It has a beautiful and exotic naturally figured wood grain pattern as you can see in the pictures below. The upholstery may need to be professionally cleaned or tailored and it does have use and came from a private estate. This was VERY WELL made with quality that surpasses ANYTHING made today and is all wood construction but Please understand that this is an antique so it has some minor imperfections on it with its age but overall they are in excellent shape. Each chair measures approx 40 inches high, 25 inches wide, 22 inches deep and sit at approx 19 inches in height.
