WOW! This is a prime example of why we love old jewelry. From an Estate comes this Glorious Diamond and 14kt White Gold Ring, it has been tested and is fully genuine. They had a written appraisal on it done in the 60's , it weighs 1.45 carats of Diamond and was valued at $450 then. The price of Diamonds and Gold has gone up since then so I'm not sure what it's value would be now. It is very sparkly and high glamour bling. The age makes it more collectible and valuable as well. It is heavy weight Gold and in Excellent condition. A lovely split shank open design. 3 large diamonds and 14 medium diamonds all prong set and open backed. The woman who owned it was a banker that retired after over 25 years with the Bank of Commonwealth and Comerica. This is a Superb Opportunity with no reserve. Far prettier than the pictures show.
