TRUST EXPERIENCE Extremely Rare Find Walt Disney Introduces Mickey Mouse in "1928" 7 inches tall This rare 1930's wooden Borgfeldt made Disney "Mickey Mouse" doll stands 7" tall it is completely carved from wood. If you go to youtube and search "The history of Mickey Mouse" you will see the video that I got some dating information from. Mickey was introduces in 1928. In 1929 he was given white gloves and in 1939 he was given pupils ( white in eyes) So this doll looks to be from the early 1930's. He has lolli pop hands with pie eyes. Head, arms, hands and legs are all movable with a ball and socket joint. As per the 2006 Schroeders toy book this doll could sell for as much as $1100.00. It is very rare, very old and in very good condition for an 80 year old toy. .I am selling the doll for a friend so I will ask them any questions that you have and answer them as accurately and as soon as possible.
