~ Great,rare,Antique,Doctor's medicine apothecary kit in "Original brown Leather case" with Original
glass vials/bottles and hand written labels.~ very very rare find in this condition!! A total of 25 vials or bottles. The front row of vials have glass stoppers, and small hand written labels stating the medication in the bottle. The labels say: Sulfanal, Mur. Cocaine, Cal Magnes.,Pot Chlor.,Morph.Sul.1/8.,Hg.Chlor Mit.,Pulv Doveri., and Pil Aloln(?) Strych et Bell. The back row of smaller vials had cork stoppers all of which are missing except one. Amazingly all of the bottles/vials are free of any cracks or breaks that I could see. The leather case is in excellent condition for the age...still sturdy...AND has the original metal clasp which snaps the top tightly.There is some wear,and some scuffs to the case,but for the age, pretty darn great to find one like this!! The inside of the case has a beautiful burgundy leather lining, and one fold out pocket...fully intact. There is one tear in the lining behind the front row of larger bottles. The little leather bands that hold all of the 25 vials in place are intact and decorated with 2 gold accents at the top and bottom of each band.
