Up for adoption is this adorable antique doll that was found in need of restoration. She measures over 17" in length when put together and has extra long legs that alone measure 8 1/2"....She has gorgeous handpainted eyes and lashes that move to open and close. Her cute puckering open mouth shows her little white teeth as seen in my photos. Please check the photograph showing the inside of her head to examine the working mechanism for the eyes and teeth. Her hair is original with a worn blue ribbon tied into a bow. I thought she might be made in germany but I couldn't find any markings. I am a guy who was lucky enough to find her early at an estate sale and thought someone would just love to adopt and repair her into working condition once again. Just a wonderful winter project for a collector......
