This listing is for an antique dollhouse doll sitting on a wood swing. I am not an expert on this type doll but others I have found while researching this one are from the late 1800's to the early 1900's and she could be german made. I was not able to find one quite like her for comparison. Her dress suggests she could possibly have been made during those dates. She seems to be all bisque, she has a beautiful painted face. Her hair is platium fiber and she is wearing a lovely tiny crocheted hat. Her outfit looks to be a little skirt with a jacket top. Her boots are painted red. She is tied to the little wood swing. The swing is painted a colonial blue. She is very tiny, only three inches in length and very delicate. She was possibly made to be part of a porch scene on an antique doll house. The wire holding the swing has aged over the years. I have not disturbed the wonderful natural aging on this little sweetheart of a doll. She was found, along with others, in a wood box in an attic during an estate sale. All items are sold as is. I describe all items to the best of my ability. I do research the item, when possible, to be able to give a more accurate description. If anyone has any information they would like to share about the item, it would be appreciated. Email me before the end of the auction with any questions. I will send read more
