Antique vintage Mandeville flower seed wooden display box .... I have not cleaned this nor polished it ... I think it would clean up very nice if you so desired ... measures 19 1/2" x 14 1/4" x 4 1/8" ... Underneath the lid reads Mandeville & King Co. Superior Flower Seeds Rochester N.Y. Then has a series of pictures and text explaining how to set up the display .... Also has retained its text on the front of the box ..."Mandeville Triple - Tested Flower seeds 5 cents 10 cents and up" Great vintage shape.... Inside label has had some black ink spilled on the left side...The left top side of the inside label is lifted a bit from the wood but still tightly affixed at the edges ... also some label loss below as seen in photos ... has it's hinges but only affixed to the lid...not the base ... has nice dovetailing and it"s two hooks for closing on the sides ... Also has an old repair inside ... But this is very sturdy and tight ... A really nice display piece for floral business or your garden or cottage room or arts and crafts look ...
