This is an antique Dremel name brand draftsmans eraser, pencil pointer, and burnishing tool. The cord is badly cracked but it still ran when I tried it some months ago. Certainly not to be used I would strongly advise not trying to run it because of the risk of shorting out but for a collector of antique electric appliances, or drafting supplies that are becoming more and more obsolete this is pretty rare. An original extra page of instructions (not pictured) is also included. Two extra eraser plugs and six pencil pointer sanding discs are still as they were when it was new and I'm sure it was used very little. As a commercial artist and draftsman myself, I can say that it was very slow by electric eraser standards but during its day it was no doubt novel in concept, and a predecessor to more successful designs. Please accept my apology for the first pictures' quality, or the lack tof. I have no control over aperature, tfore limited control over depth of field, so when I change perspective from a perpendicular shot t is distance differential from foreground to background and the image will be out of focus at one end of that spectrum. Again I apologize for any lack of detail resulting in equipment deficiency, just understand, it's not operator error, and certainly not an attempt to hide any details of flaws.
