Antique Dresden Von Schierholz Figural Cherub & Applied Flower Pot Pourri Vase Hello from Spyglass Treasures and Spyglass Booty! This is a gorgeous small porcelain covered urn or pot pourri vase with two cherub figures and gorgeous hand painted details and applied flowers. This wonderful antique urn was made by Von Schierholz in Plaue, Thuringia, Germany and is marked with a blue shield under a crown with what looks like three branches or feathers in the shield. Gold decorates the urn and the cherubim and flowers are painted with wonderful realistic detailed painting. A wonderful treasure you NEED to commandeer for yourself or your loved one! Condition: One cherub has an arm missing. There are a few typical chips to petals and leaves on the applied flowers. Otherwise, this wonderful antique figural cherub pot pourri or covered urn is in excellent condition!
