DESCRIPTION This auction is for a Antiquie Dunhill Holdall Slant Writing Desk made of Afrormosia, also know as "African Teak Wood" with key. I would rate this item to be 85% cosmetic condition. Hopefully, pics will tell you more. The paper inside the desk is stamped Dunhill and tells all about the desk. The design reflects for that period of time whe fine desk cabinetry and lock gadgetry were at their height... Eighteenth Centrury Western Europe. The wood is African Teak, the joinery is mitered together with exposed splines made of African Padouk wood, the hardware is solid brass, with natural finish, the ink well is carefully hand-blown and made of finest glass. Tghe brass plate does not have anything inscribed on it. This is a very nice piece. T are a couple lightof scratches from use/age (refer to pics). This item is sold with a three day return policy if it is returned in the same condition. Sorry, we will not refund shipping charges,
