Fabulous set of victorian glass. 6 matching pieces. I don't know the pattern name or manufacturer. Looks to be made around 1880's-1890's. All pieces have a ribbed bottom that goes into a delicate scalloped bottom edge. The bottoms all have a crossed hatch design. Some pieces have a plain top while others have a scalloped top edge. Set includes: Lg. Pitcher with applied glass handle, 12 1/2" tall x 5 1/2" round at bottom. This piece weighs almost 5 pounds on its own. Small Pitcher with applied glass handle, 7" tall x 3" round at bottom. Celery with scalloped top edge, 4 1/2" tall x 3 1/2" round at top. Low bowl with scalloped top edge, 6" round at top edge x 2 7/8" tall. Spooner with plain top edge, 4 1/2" round at top x 4" tall. Butter Dish with Domed Lid, 6" tall to top of finial x 5" round. Set is in wonderful condition. Set has normal antique glass flaws, air bubbles, straw marks, etc. Only damaged piece is the butter dish and domed lid. Lid has a 7/8" crack on the bottom edge, see photo and several fleabites and small chips. The finial is round around the edges, could be damaged or it came out of the factory this way. Great to find a matching set in one house. This set will be shipped by UPS ground with insurance required. Thanks for looking : ) Raised Almost everything I sell is vintage.
