ANTIQUE EAPG VICTORIAN PRESSED GLASS PRISM BALL COVERED COMPOTE WESTMORELAND Auction is for 1 Victorian covered pedestal compote in Early American Glass made by Westmoreland . This pattern is PRISM WITH BALL & BUTTON. Made from late 1800's to early 1900!!! Looks like cut emeralds on the pedestal of compote. 3 different shapes used throughout this piece. CLEAR & SPARKLING is in excellent condition with NO chips, cracks, repairs or loss of pattern. Has the usual straw marks for time period. Bowl is 7" in diameter and stands 11" tall including finial on cover & pedestal bottom is 4 3/4" in diameter. Comes from an old quality estate. This compote has been in the same family for nearly 90 years ++ This compote will add beauty and drama to any party table!!! Comes from smoke free home.
