ESTATE FRESH! WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET! Offered is this not very common find since most were sold off for scrap metal. It dates from my best guess between 1900 and 1920. It has not been tested. I see no damage , no rot, no holes no issues other than light to moderate surface rust and dirt, dust & grime. The name plate has missing plate and is dirty and is hard to make out the specs. It does measure with out the attachments about 22 1/2" tall x 8 1/18" in diameter. It weighs as pictured about 38 pounds unpacked. It has no breaks no cracks. I do not know if it works. We do have one smaller one from the same estate listed on ebay at this time. I am open to all fair offers for a quick sale through buy it now on ebay as long as my reserve is not met.
