ANTIQUE KARASTAN RUG -Dated 1940s -1960s . 8 1/2 ft wide by 12 ft long .Unusual size and probably a special order back then .Wool face .Main color Pale green with light pinks .Some darkening in areas and some lighter spots in areas .It needs a good cleaning .Not sure if darkening in some areas and lighting in some areas is because of the needed cleaning .Its hard to tell until its cleaned .One side fringe measures 7 inches long and other side is worn or trimmed to be at 2 inches long .Maybe made to fit for a certain room back then . No tags ,but it is a Karastan .Rug has NO TRAFFIC WEAR and NO FLAT SPOTS .Selling this rug in " As Is " Condition .These colors are very Shabby French Cottage for today ! It is Truly a beautiful rug and RARE to find in this unusual size .
