Antique Rolled Gold Elgin Hunter Pocket Watch USA 1928 Description Original, unrestored, antique, rolled-gold hunter pocket watch by Elgin USA. High-quality Dennison Moon case (guaranteed to wear 20 years) in excellent condition with only light surface scratches and a couple of tiny burr marks. No visual signs of brassing or wear to finish. Front cover flip spring still functional. White enamel dial with a couple of very faint, small hairlines. Nice, original hands with sub seconds. Original mineral glass crystal. Pendant-wind lever movement in running order with no apparent mechanical issues but has not been checked for run-time or accuracy of timekeeping, nor has it been recently overhauled. Due to years of non-use would obviously benefit from a clean/service. US size 16. Numbered 31143927, dating the watch to 1928.
