Authentic antique cotton small childs or large dolls dress. The style and embroidered trim and lace on this dress is amazing! Please check all photos to see the details. This is from the 1800's. The sleeve seams are turned partly to the front as is common to the era. Although there is some age related werar/dust soilage, overall it is in good condition to have survived so well. Some of the lace at the neckline is broken away from the fabric, it could either be removed or handstitched back in place. The worst of the wear is to one lace at sleeve end, see last photo. This is a rare find and will be a treasure to any serious lover of antique era clothing or dressers of antique dolls :) The tiniest stitches have been used in this embroidered pattern, I hope it can be seen clearly in my photos. Buttons most of the way down the back, see photo. Across shoulders, 11 5/8"---Across at underarms, 13 1/8"---Length, 20".
