is a nice example of an Emeralite desk lamp with rare black shade. This lamp is in excellent as found condition with original finish and is in working order. The piece has been rewired awhile ago and measures 18 1/2 inches high with the base being 7 inches square,the adjustment screw is a replacement. The black shade retains it's original markings and shows only a couple of minor scratches from age along with a couple of clamshell chips on the bottom w it sits inside the frame-not seen. The frame retains it's orignal tag and patent numbers inside the frame.
