for sale is a very nice early empire heavily carved dolphin turtle top table. it is about 38.5 inches wide, 27.25 inches deep, and 29.5 inches tall. it is a wonderful table, with carvings, finials, four dolphin legs. it has all the bells and whistles. it is in great condition, very solid, no loose joints or wobbles. the marble top has a few minor imperfections that do not amount to any thing and do not detract in any way, mention only to be 100 percent accurate. the top is pictured and you can see a few dark spots that are association with very shallow depressions in the top. i judge them to have always been t the top could be cleaned i suppose and probably eliminate the dark spots. this table was made between 1860 and 1870. tables like this and in this conditon are far and few between. the table can be picked up at my home or it can be shipped at the buyers expense. i can arrange the shipment or you can do that for yourself. i am starting it at what it sold for several years ago. good luck.
