Antique English Oak Barley Twist Corner Cabinet Table This listing is for a wonderful antique English oak corner cabinet or stand, selected for its unique shape and style, and a must-have accent piece for the barley twist collectors among us!!! The stand is in typical corner cabinet v-shape, with beautiful barley twist legs on the front and a carved wood trim accent piece on the front door. The top edges are double beveled and the oak veneer has a beautiful wood grain and patina. The cabinet is 29 ¾" H x 23" wide x 16" deep. The door opens to an interior compartment that measures 13 ¼" deep x 19" wide x 12 ½" inside height. The cabinet is direct from England , purchased in a recent container shipment. The cabinet is in good condition, structurally sound and visually appealing with normal signs of age and use, scratches, dings, and other imperfections. The top has some color variations and a few dark spots, but nothing that mars the beauty of the piece. The door shuts but the latch doesn't "click" into place - it is as purchased, and I mention this in the interest of full disclosure. All my antique furniture is professionally packaged for shipment by UPS, resulting in very little shipping damage in the past, but sometimes creating slightly higher shipping costs on my antiques versus other sellers. I believe it is worth the few extra dollars to get your one-of-a-kind antique delivered safely to your door!! Local pick-up in Shreveport , Louisiana is also available to buyers in the area.
