Antique English Oak Barley Twist ROUND Lamp End Table Direct from an English container shipment, this listing is for a wonderful English oak barley twist table, with a large round table top. The top has a wonderful double-beveled edge, often called "pie crust" and a quite elegant scalloped apron with raised moulding trim on all four sides. The table has a fabulous rich dark finish and lovely aged patina with classic English oak grain.....âÂe¦..this is not a flimsy reproduction veneer piece, it is a sturdy, strong SOLID OAK antique table......note the old-style construction underneath!!! With its great size and barley twist legs, this piece is extremely versatile and could serve in many different places in your home, always complimenting and enhancing almost any dÃf©cor! One of my favorite English shippers recently had several of these barley twist end tables, and because so many of my customers ask for them, I made arrangements to purchase them ALL!! Tfore I have several other sizes and shapes currently listed in auctions and in my ebay store!! The table is 28 1/4" tall and the top is 19 3/4" x 19 3/4, larger than most of these tables I have available. The table is in good condition for its age, with normal signs of age and use, dings, scratches and other imperfections. I only offer carefully selected quality antique and vintage pieces, and always provide multiple photos and written information. Please keep in mind antique furniture should be purchased for its uniqueness, higher quality material and craftsmanship and antique patina, charm and character. All my antique furniture is professionally packaged for shipment by UPS, resulting in very little shipping damage in the past, but sometimes creating slightly higher shipping costs on my antiques versus other sellers.
