BID NOW! WE HAVE ONLY ONE LIKE THIS! An Antique English Art Nuevo Oak Side-by-Side A Desk with Attached Display Cabinets This is a great piece to put in the most unlikely places! Since it is so skinny in depth, this can be placed in a hall or entry not only to display your treasures but also a desk that has slots to hold the mail and a great drawer for a catch-all for keys, etc. This will also look great in a kitchen to hold cookbooks. Made of solid oak, dating from the 1930's, it is a wonderfully versatile piece of furniture. The carvings on the doors and above the desk are the curvy flowers and leaves very prominent in the Art Nuevo style. The desk and display cabinets come with keys. The display cabinets have 2 shelves and each shelf has 3 sets of holes for height adjustment. The two drawers below the desk are deep and roomy to hold ton's of stuff. The desk's original leather insert is a bit scuffed and stained as shown by the pictures. The side-by-side is in excellent condition with normal wear as to be expected as shown in the pictures.
