An Antique Victorian English Silver Table Cigar Lighter in the form of a Chamberstick Made in London 1887 by Henry Holland. The heavy solid Lighter on a spreading circular base with circular loop and concave thumbpiece, the tapering plain vase shaped body engraved on the top with a Family Crest of a Ram with a three leaf branch out of its mouth and engraved with intersecting foliate fleur-de-lys tipped initials. The Lighter is fitted with a removeable flame finial and a fixed plain openwork "bell" motif and bead bordered burner. Fully Hallmarked. Engraved around the edge of the base rim:- " J.H.Pearce 174 Oxford St." Overall Height:- 4 1/4 ins. Diameter of base:- 3 ins. Overall Weight:- 6 1/2 ozs.
