Antique English Stained Leaded Glass Bow Front Cabinet EXQUISITE Â- BALL & CLAW -- 3 panels w colored glass! Direct from England, this listing is for an outstanding antique English curio or display cabinet, with a beautiful bow front featuring three large stained leaded glass panels, each with a pair of emerald green diamonds!! The cabinet also has four beautiful ball and claw feet, with braided trim wood molding on the lower edge of the cabinet and raised wood molding on the upper. The top has a raised back with scalloped edges and the top front has a deep beveled edgeÂ...Â...Â....I cannot possibly do verbal justice to this beautiful piece, so please look at the photos!!! The interior back walls and shelves have been securely covered in a dusty green suede type fabric that looks splendid, and it is certainly clean to use and enjoy, as it nicely accents the deep green colour in the stained glass panes. (Of course, the buyer could replace this, if so desired.) This curio cabinet is truly a one-of-a-kind piece! I attend hundreds of European container sales every year, and rarely do I see a bow front stained glass cabinetÂ...Â.....not to mention one in good condition such as thisÂ.....I do see them occasionally, but it is usually with half the glass busted out!!!!!!!! Measurements : 55Â"H x 41Â" x 15Â" appx; Two inside stationary shelves, 36Â" x 11Â"; Height between bottom of cabinet and lowest shelf, 14Â"; Height between two shelves, 12 ½Â"; Height above top shelf inside, 10 ½Â"; All of my items are personally selected from European container shipments. I do not purchase in bulk, but prefer to individually purchase the items, with each piece selected for its unique characteristics and quality. Condition : The cabinet is in very good condition for its age, structurally sound, solid, and sturdy, with normal signs of age and use, dings, scratches and other imperfections. The glass doors ARE OUTSTANDINGÂ.....THEY DO NOT have cracks and the glass is clear Â- PLEASE NOTE THE PHOTOS ARE REFLECTING THE CONCRETE WALKWAY ON THE GLASS DOORS, THEY ARE NOT HAZY OR CLOUDY. Also note the following for disclosure purposes: Both shelves has been reinforced underneath with angle brackets, making the shelves very sturdy and strong (you can only see the brackets if you stick your head inside the cabinet and look at the bottoms of the shelves!); The key IS NOT INCLUDED in the listing!! One can be easily ordered via online antique replacement companies, and I usually have several extras, but I am completely out of extra keys at this time!! Also, the back is a thin wood board, not the same heavy wood as the rest of the cabinet; this is to be expected on a piece this age, but I point it out to those unaware of what to expect. Some of tacks on the lower back edges are slightly loose, but I will try to place a few new tacks along the back lower edge before shipping! Please keep in mind antique furniture should be purchased for its uniqueness, higher quality material and craftsmanship and antique patina, charm and character. Shipping : Professional packaging, shipping and insurance on this item will be appx $350.00 (lower 48 states only). This bookcase exceeds the maximum shipping size for UPS Ground, so this cost is for UPS Freight AND it will require customized packaging for the bow front stained glass!!!! All my antique furniture is professionally packaged for shipment by UPS, resulting in very little shipping damage in the past, but sometimes creating slightly higher shipping costs on my antiques versus other sellers.
