NO RESERVE! RARE antique hand made STERLING SEALING WAX signet ring with LONDON hallmarks! This ring has three marks - the lion for Sterling, the lion's or leopard's head for London, and the date mark of a script A - I haven't been able to definitely date the ring as every depiction of the alphabet date system is different. It also has another mark - probably a maker's mark. I apologize for the fuzzy photo of the marks - they are clear in person, but I had a hard time photographing them. T's no doubt this ring was hand made, as evidenced by the hammer work on the back, and was sized at one time. The signet design appears to be a roaring lion. The ring is in great shape and is a pinkie ring size. Guaranteed as described - bid with confidence!
