Offered is an exquisite large antique English basin and pitcher set, dating mid 1800's. All original, in very excellent condition. This beautiful set is white with lovely pink carnations elegantly decorating it, it is trimmed in gold and has gold detailing around the florals. An extra large set, measuring ; basin 16" across and 5" deep, the pitcher is 12" tall and 10" wide at the handle. Very ornate pitcher with a unique shape. The set also includes a 6" tall vase and a 3 piece 6" round soap dish. All pieces are marked, 'dristol Semi-porcelain P & Co. LTD England'. The pitcher, bowl and the vase are all hand numbered '8341', they are an all original matching set, very old.The pitcher is also incised 'Dundee' The condition is really excellent t are no chips on any other edges, only a very minor nick on the very bottom base of the pitcher w is sits in the bowl.
