This is an antique Enterprise coffee grinder that stands about 14 1/2" tall and is about 12" across including the wood turning handle. The wheels are about 10 3/4" across.The writting on it reads: Enterprise MFG Co. Philadelphia American pat. Oct 21 73. (1873-that makes this 135 years old--WOW). The wheels read Enterprise MFG Co Philadelphia U.S.A. T is a porcelain knob on the top swing door and the drawer front. The original wood base needs to be glued but otherwise in good shape. The drawer front is in very good condition, but the drawer box needs relpaced? The top opens easily as does the middle w the grinding parts are. The grinding parts work easily and look to be all t The cast iron post that the wooden handle is on is bent but should easily bend back. T is some surface rust on the base (as well as a couple other spots or t, but I couldn't see any pitting on the couple small spots I cleaned looking for it. This was a wonderful grinder in its day and I'll bet once cleaned up will still grind a great cup of coffee. Additional pictures upon request--please send you email address for pictures.
