It is thought that because of the natural resentment felt by the Japanese toward the occupation, only a fraction of these carried the 'Occupied' mark. T are other marks, this is the most collected.) This and our other items up for auction are from Mary Jane's Estate. Mary Jane is currently in an nursing home. I have been designated the seller of her collectibles. This is not a charity. However, all net proceeds will help with her future upkeep in the nursing home. She has collected many items of value over the last 50 years. She and her husband John (deceased) spent countless hours sifting through garage and antiques sales throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania. It is also are hope that you enjoy these items as much as they did. Good luck with your bidding and enjoy your winnings.
