Flagg and Homan Antique Pewter Pitcher and Creamer and Sugar
Made between1842-1854 You are bidding on an antique pitcher and creamer and sugar set made by Flagg and Homan . The set is inscribed with a decorative letter "D" on all 3 pieces. The pitcher has a hinged lid with a unique decorative leaf design. The pitcher measures 11 inches tall and 6 inches wide at the largest point. The handle and spout are beautifully designed with a schroll design on the tops. The creamer measures 5.5 inches tall by 4.5 inches at the widest point. The handle of the creamer is accented with the same schroll design of the pitcher. The sugar bowl measures 5.5 inches tall and is 6 inches at the widest point. The sugar bowl has 2 schrolled handles. All 3 pieces are stamped Flagg and Homan Pewter with the #8. The set is in excellent condition for its age. I am not an expert on antique pewter and have described the set to the best of my ability.
