This is a beautiufl flask! It is a historic "UNION" flask. It is embossed on front with, "UNION" and below are two clasped hands in front of a shield. The circle at the bottom of shield reads," Wm. Frank & Sons/ Pitt. Reverse is embossed with a cannon mounted on a wheel and six cannon balls in front of a flag and flag pole, with tastles coming out from back of flag. This flask was made around 1866. Just a gorgeous bottle. Very clean looking too! Whole bottle is in excellent condition. No cracks, flakes, chips anywhere on entire bottle. Not a touch of haze or cloudiness. Very nice whittle all over bottle. Nice stretch marks around neck and a perfect gloppy top style lip. The Mckearin number for this one if I'm not mistaken is GXII-38. (if not GXII-39). No-reserve!! This is a great one to have. Insurance will be included with the shipping. Good ~ Luck!! Sorry about the pictures. They don't do real justice to this beautiful bottle.
