is a magnificent harp type floor lamp with its original finish and patina...and it comes with an outstanding Art Glass shade. It is in very fine condition for its age with no problems noticeable. The base is of cast iron construction with a worn brass finish. The piece just on top of the base is splelter, also with a brass finish, not as worn. The remaining portions of the lamp are solid brass, all with a nice patina. The harp has a lower swivel and the fitter also swivels. It can be adjusted to throw light similar to a bridge lamp if desired (see picture). The green pulled feather shade has no observed cracks or chips. It is 5 1/4" tall and 4 1/2" wide with a typical 2 1/4 fitter top. The shade is unsigned but is very similar to a Quezal or Steuben. Irregardless, it is of high quality. The inside is aurene and gives off a wonderful glow when lit. This 1910 - 1920 period lamp is 62" high in all and 11 1/2" wide at the base feet. The harp is 10 3/4" high by 10 1/4" wide. This lamp has been rewired with a new cloth cord with all connections and ends soldered and period signed Hubbell plug. The Perkins switch and socket are patent dated Jun 13, 99 and the signed UNO fitter is patent dated Dec 24, 12...pretty old stuff! Calculated UPS shipping to LOWER 48 US ONLY . The shade will be shipped separately Priority Mail Flat rate Box ($8.95 + Insurance) and double boxed. Please wait for me to send you an invoice with shade portion added into the grand total. Insurance is mandatory and will be figured into your final total. Please pay or state your intentions thru the ebay checkout system on how you will be paying WITHIN 3 DAYS of the invoice. You can also pick the lamp up. PayPal prefered. Michigan buyers pay 6% sales tax. Check my other listings for other fine lamps on this week!
