Hello Up for bid are a total of 4 antique or vintage Frank LLoyd Wright TYPE prism glass tiles . They are double sided. The pattern looks like a Diamond Shapes. The pattern is called 3 way Lux Lens, and is made up of small geometric diagonal shapes. 4 inches square They all are in good condition. For more info email me. These patterned glass squares were used to enhance light (by prism magnification) in architecture , such as stores and other industrial buildings prior to the use of electric lights. Placed toward the ceiling, they let in a lot of light, were structurally strong, and obscured vision. I learned that Frank Lloyd Wright designed for Luxfer, But I do not know if he designed these tiles. They were set in place with zinc sheeting. These tiles came from a building in HAZARD KY I took them out myself.
