This is a French wall mirror. The painting on the mirror is gold. /the glass is not cracked or scratched and is in excellent condition. This is a beveled mirror The measurement to the top center of the mirror is 50 inches high. The measurementof the square part of the mirror is 44 inches high.. The width of this mirror is 35.5 inches. We purchased this mirror in New York City about 6 years ago. The glass is in excellent condition and I don't know why the line shows up in the photo but it may have to do with the flash. I will try to get some better photos that don't show the white looking line in the mirror. It has been hanging in one of ourguest sitting rooms since then. It is beautiful and would look fantastic anyw T is a lot of detail in the wood and the beveling is beautiful. Thanks for looking and please take a look at our other items. We are selling it because our house is for sale and we are moving to one of our other homes which is already furnished and we don't have room for all of the contents of this 28 room house.
