This French looking lady comes in her original box and was never used. She dates from the early 1900's to the 20's and is German bisque. "Germany" is stamped on the underside of the doll as well as the end of the box. The box end also has the word "Brown" and the number 101-??. She is made from bisque and has an elaborately painted face with cascading brown pin curls. She has her hands on her waist and the base has four holes for attaching her to a pin cushion base or boudoir box. She is wonderful to display as found or to be used for your special project. She measures 5 1/2" tall and the base measures 2 1/2" in diameter. The box measures 6" by 3" and stands 2 3/4" high. She is in beautiful condition with no chips or cracks. T are a few minor and light in color fox spots and t on her body. Not detracting. A beautiful half doll item to display or use!
