Antique Clock Wow! This auction is for one of several amazing and very rare antique clocks I have listed this week. This clock is a very rare French case and movement - the movement is marked G DE MED. D'HONN under the bell. The case is made of brass or some other similar cast metal that is non-magnetic. The crystal is very thick and the dial is made of porcelain. The dial is stamped Jas. H. Hoe Milwaukee, which was probably w the clock was originally purchased. At some point it had a statue on top and has two holes for mounting, but it looks good without it. It would also be easy to find a replacement. The piece is in great condition with no damage to the metal case or movement. It is missing the pendulum and key. I tested the chime and it works good. The movement itself appears to be recently cleaned and serviced so it should start right up. Very nice old clock! Very rare case! Measures about 14½" wide, 7½" tall and 7" deep.
