Fantastic!!! RARE ANTIQUE FRENCH BRONZE PETIT LADY COLLOQUIAL FIGURINE 19th CENTURY Up for bid today is a RARE ANTIQUE FRENCH BRONZE PETIT LADY COLLOQUIAL FIGURINE FROM THE EARLY TO MID 19th CENTURY. This well-made lady sculpture is modeled and cast in deep relief and has a nice patina with a brass finish. The features include a figural lady; dressed in colloquial ensemble, with bodice, apron, and skirt. Upon her head is a scarf bonnet. Her hands are clasped together. She has an unusual smiling face; her head is hunched forward. She stands on a stylized plinth base. THIS FANTASTIC BRONZE IS GUARANTEED TO DELIGHT... IT HAS BEEN IN MY PERSONAL COLLECTION FOR 35+ YEARS!This Solid Bronze Figurine measures approximately 7.2" Tall X 2.5" Wide X 2.2" Deep. It is quite heavy for its size, and weighs 4 Lbs. 2 Oz.It is in good condition with no repairs or restorations. T are nine small recessed bolts in the back from the original making. The estimated date is mid 19th Century.
