Antique French Carved Walnut Round Victorian Footstool Needlework Top, Dark finish, Round, Turned Legs! Direct from France, this listing is for a wonderful, antique deeply carved walnut footstool, with lovely needlepoint upholstery top!! Itâe(tm)s so difficult to find these quality French and English footstools in todayâe(tm)s market as t just arenâe(tm)t very many making their way over âe¦. By request, one of my shippers has provided several, so I am happy to offer them in time for the holidays!! This one is truly a jewel, with measurements of 6.75"H x 13.5" diameter. Itâe(tm)s relief carved completely around the wide sides, with four lovely French turned legs and a dark, rich finishâe¦âe¦that classic look that everybody wants!!! The needlework has traditional floral design and vibrant hues of green, rose, blue on a taupe background. All of my antiques are hand selected from European container shipments. I do not purchase in bulk, but prefer to individually purchase the items, with each piece selected for its unique characteristics and quality. The stool is in good condition, structurally sound and visually appealing, with normal signs of age and use, scratches, dings, and other imperfectionsâe¦.
