A fine example of an antique French repeating carriage clock with an 8 day movement striking and repeating the hours on a gong, the gilded brass case decorated in shades of blue champleve enamels, the off white Arabic dial embellished with floral swags and the whole in Excellent condition. This beautiful clock has been cleaned and overhauled and is original throughout.
