Antique Clock This auction is for a gorgeous antique French clock that includes the center clock piece and two candelabras. All three pieces are made of marble with bronze accents - not cheap bronze spelter like you typically find. The candelabras have been electrified but they did a very nice job and it looks great - originally they would have just burned candles. The clock dial is marked Ancne Mon Marquis Languereau Suc and the movement is marked by Samuel Marti - a very famous clock maker in France. The mark is an early style so this clock probably dates to the 1870s or so. The clock is in excellent condition with just some damage to the porcelain dial at the keyholes. Includes the pendulum but does not have a key. In good working condition and guaranteed old and original! Clock section measures about 13.5" tall. Great piece!I charge a 5.1% sales tax to all Wisconsin residents - sorry, it's mandatory! !
