Cobalt blue color with canter floral paintings surrounded by raised white jewels with gold leaf borders.

"Bone" eye piece and turning mechanism. Engraved Tumelle Duchesse.

ete pieces both have a small crack and t is also a small crack to the blue enamel at the bottom. Price is indicative of condition.
