This is a great old iron bed from the late 1800's or early 1900's, the condition is great with no rust or bent post. The cone shape or drop in rails are all good and fit like a glove. The head board measures 54" tall, foot measures 38", this measurement is the tallest point on the head and foot boards. All of the post are solid metal, not hollow. The bed part is 53 1/4" x 76 1/2". Bed is painted gold now but t is paint missing on several places. It also will come with bed slats. You could use it as is or paint it, will look great painted off white, black , pink or light green, you can choose any color. This is a pick up only-----we are located 100 miles from Memphis and about the same from Nashville (West Tennessee), just 16 miles north of interstate 40 in Huntingdon, Tenn. Storage is no problem but must be paid for within 10 days of close of auction. Will consider delivery in limited area for a fee. Any questions please feel free to email me.
