Victorian Sofa ~ Edwardian Sofa ~ Chair and Rocker ~ Ethan Allen Stencil Rocking Chair ~ End Tables ~ Enormous Armoire ~ Antique Accent Tables Including a Drop Leaf Table ~ Accent Decorative Pieces ~ Lamps ~ (2) Five Arm Candelabra's ~ Table Runner's ~ Sofa Pillows ~ And Last But Not Least ~ An Antique Baby Grand Piano With Piano Bench. Detailed Description's: 1.) Wonderful antique "P.S. Starck" Baby Grand piano w/original "P.S. Starck" piano bench. Serial #73322 Piano measures 55" in width x 62" deep x 38" high. Ivory keys ~ 2 of the keys have a corner chip and 1 key isn't working. Bench has a hinged lid and angle holds. Measures 34" in width x 14" x 20" high. Originally this belonged to Dr. Kellog of Meadville PA. 2.) Beautiful, tufted burgundy velvet Victorian reproduction sofa. We had this made down in South Carolina back in 1995. It's probably only been sat on a dozen times in the past 11 years. We rarely use our living room so it's been more of a display piece. Condition is excellent (like new). The carved wood is incredible. Measures 5'9&1/2" in width x 2'4" deep x 3'6&1/2" high at the center. 3.) Set of 4 ruffled, satin, embroidered pillows. 4.) Three Piece Edwardian 1860's parlor set. Beautifully carved solid mahogany wood. Includes sofa ~ wide chair & platform rocker. This set is gorgeous but needs to be reupholstered. Especially the rocker as the fabric on the seat is very worn exposing the excelsior stuffing. Very heavy set. Sofa measures 60" x 41" x 25" deep. Chair measures 29&1/2" x 41" high x 24&1/2" deep. Rocker measures 29&1/2" x 40" high x 26" deep. 5.) Enormous solid oak (dark finish) T.V. Armoire. We had this piece custom made 10 years ago in North Carolina. We paid 2,500.00 for it. And it took 4 men to deliver it, so please understand this is a very heavy piece. Measures 76" high x 47" wide x 22" deep. It holds up to a 32" screen t.v. The top door open and slide back into the unit ~ space beneath the t.v. for a DVD player. The bottom has 2 doors with 3 drawers and 3 shelves. Ornately carved. The t.v. can be included, which works but it is 10 years old. The DVD player, tapes, CD's are NOT included. 6.) Set of 2 Antique end tables (on either side of the Victorian sofa) measure 27" x 25&1/2" x 15&1/2". These have a second shelf underneath. Great tables but need refinishing. The burgundy table runner's are included. 7.) Vintage Art Deco floor lamp with Asian lady figure ~ fringed shade and lighted marble base. T's a separate switch on the base or you can also turn it off with the upper switch. Lamp is signed "Toronto Electrolite". Measures 63" tall ~ Asian lady measures 10&1/2" tall. Shade has typical age wear. 8.) Carved antique table measures 33" x 29&1/2" x 20&1/2". 9.) Ethan Allen stencil rocker. Measures 46" high x 26" wide x 18" deep. Rocker's measure 33". Seat area has scratches and will need refinished. 10.) Small antique accent table with scalloped edge. Measures 23&1/2" x 13&1/2" x 23&3/4" high. 11.) Antique drop leaf table w/drawer. Measures 26*1/2" x 23" x 17&1/2" with the leaves down. 12.) 5 Arm candelabra measures 12&7/8" high. 13.) 5 Arm candelabra signed "GSA" (I believe Godinger). Measures 13&1/4" x 13&1/2". Very heavy piece. 14.) Victorian man & woman busts. 19" tall. 15,) Early 1900's boy & girl busts. Much crazing and boy has been glued. 8&1/2" & 9". 16.) Hand painted boy and girl busts. Hallmarked "Esco Products" artist signed "E. Villanis". 9" & 9&1/4". 17.) Boy & Girl busts hallmarked "Universal Statuary Chicago 1971" artist signed "U. Kendrick". 9&1/2" & 10". PLEASE READ!
