This lamp is Stunningly beautiful! I bought it at a antique store two years ago and now I am moving and will not have a spot for it in my new place.I assume it to be authentic antique but cannot guarrentee that..I bought it because it is beautiful...so bid accordingly. I took alot of pictures so you can see for yourself what it is like but I will try to detail it as best I can. It has a base that appears to be some sort of metal..maybe brass as it is shiny on the bottom in some places...it is super heavy! I think it has been rewired as the wiring looks to be newer and in pretty good shape. The wire runs up through the Neck of the lamp and out the top but it is broken w it comes out..not a big deal as it works fine as is and is hidden by the shade anyway. Just wanted to be sure you know it is like that though. The switch is on the wiring. The glass globe is really pretty and has two Dragonfly's and Irises on it in purple and golds... I tried to take some good shots so you can see different sides. It is marked Galle on the lower edge as shown. It is in excellent condition with no damage. This Lamp is 20 inches tall. it weighs alot and i would prefer to ship the globe double boxed seperately in order to not risk breaking it with the weight of the lamp. Shipping the two boxes insured will be $75.00. If after shipping it I find that amount to be too excessive I will refund you the difference...I am not trying to make money on shipping. If you can pick it up...even better and no shipping charge. I am in IN for a week then moving to GA in Jan. and can give contact info. Please ask any questions you may have!
