Antique Buggy Carriage Lamp/Lantern . This is a nice kerosene lantern used for buggy's and carriages, possibly even early automobiles. Has a nice glass globe (no cracks or chips), the red gem in the back is nice, no cracks or chips, does have a scuff in the middle. The metal around the gem is stamped "GEM SIDE LAMP C.T. HAM MFG. CO. ROCHESTER NY" the oil reserve is stamped "GEM Cold Blast" (cold be "Gold" Blast) and the mfg information again is stamped on the reserve on the other side. T is surface rust. It has also been soldered on some of the joints. Lever to move shade up and down works, wick adjuster works, refill cap is on tight but I think a squirt of WD40 would take care of that. measures 7" wide by 12 1/2" tall (not including hanger and bail) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The boring details... please note that it is the sole responsibility of the buyer for any packages returned by the USPS or UPS as undeliverable for ANY reason. The buyer must pay the full shipping charges to have the package re-shipped. T will be NO refunds for misdirected mail. It is the buyers responsibility to issue a correct and accurate shipping address. Insurance is required, t are too many variables - insurance protects EVERYONE! Plus t are NO Returns/Refunds. If item(s) are broken, damaged, or lost this is an insurance claim with the USPS or UPS and is NOT refundable through the seller. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Just remember all items are sold as-is. All payments are made through Ebay and are due within 5 days of auction ending. Good luck bidding ;-) NHJulsJewels
