This is an original 2 compartment Compactom gentlemans wardrobe. I am not sure of the exact period, but I would suggest that it is approx. 1920's. I think that the wood is mahogany. On the left is a genourous hanging space for trousers and shirts and on the right is a selection of shelves. Each shelf has its original labels: hats, shirts, spare, socks, vests, pants, pyjamas and collars. There is a pull out trouser hanger with bars for 11 trousers. In the door there is a mirror and 2 shelves for collars, studs belts etc. Attached to the left door is a tie hanger. All fitments and labels are original. It's condition is good for its age and the use it has had. It has been sympathetcally stained at some time in the past. Dimensions: Height:5' 8" (1.73m), Width: 4' 8" (1.35m), Depth: 1' 8" (51cm) It does come apart to make it easy to transport.
