This Pembroke table is an excellent quality piece of George III furniture, and it will make a lovely addition to any room.It has been owned by the same family since it was made and now due to a downsize the owner has asked me to sell it. Crafted from solid mahogany, the top provides a conveniently sized area of surface space when the 2 leaves are raised, and when the leaves are down they remain totally out of the way to give the table relatively narrow dimensions. 2 solid mahogany brackets pull out from beneath both sides of the top to support the leaves when they are in an upright position.Supported on tapered legs.An oak lined dovetailed drawer is located at one end of the table, and a dummy drawer is located at the opposite end, and both drawers are fitted with original knobs.
