An exceptionally fine example of an 18th century English wall clock signed on the dial 'Geo Robertson, London', the 8 day fusee 'A' Framed movement with wire transmission line and with its original verge escapement, the silvered convex brass dal with black roman numerals, minute marks and blued steel hands, the mahogany salt box case fronted by a round figured mahogany frame containing the dial, brass locking bezel and convex glass. This superb clock has been completely cleaned and overhauled and its condition is 'Excellent'.
