Antique Georgene Novelties RAGGEDY ANN 15 inchAntique Georgene Novelties RAGGEDY ANN & ANDY pair in excellent condition. They have been played with, but are still in extra nice condition, clean with no tears to their faces or bodies. They measure 20" tall, and outfits include Andy's hat, Ann's pinafore/ apron and pantaloons. The outfits have unusual flowered prints. Colors are still crisp and bright, though the whites have softened over the years. Both dolls are tagged in the side seam with the 1947 patent date as the last date. Andy has lost the top clasp on his overalls so his owner lightly stitched his clothes shut. I have just left as the new owner may prefer to take care of it. On these precious old dolls I think things like that give the dolls character. I LOVE Raggedy Ann dolls, especially these early ones.Photo as it is part of the description.
