A scarce and attractive Early 19th Century Antique Georgian Pint Copper Harvest Pitcher complete with Georgian Weights and Measures Inspector's Stamp. The first Acts of Parliament calling for the regulation and inspection of such pitchers was passed in 1826 and obviously took quite some time to take full effect. Inevitably therefore, many of the extant pieces predate the passing of the Act, but, having said that, they are very difficult to find in good condition. A very desirable collectors item.
