Lot #8 of 35 You are bidding on one (1) lot of antique flat tin soldiers fromGermany, believed to be from the 1940's or 1950's. Originally, these belonged to my grandfather, who passed away in 1958. I do not know what army these uniforms represent, but I believe it is the Napoleonic War period. This lot contains a total of 148 figures, in the following poses and quantities (shown in pictures from left to right): Picture #1 = Charging (17x), Standing (35x), Marching (33x), Running (18x) Picture #2 = Shooting (15x), Officers (6x) Picture #3 = Drum Corps (5x), Bugle Corps (8x) No Image = Flag Bearer (1x) Most of these soldiers are about 3.5 cms (1 3/8 inch) tall, while cavalry figures are about 4.5cms (1 3/4 inch) tall. These figures are in generally good condition, considering their age. Due to being in storage for an extended period of time, some of the figures are slightly bent or have bent bayonets. Some of them also have a few areas where the paint has flaked off. Please note that I am not an expert on these items, and I have tried to describe them to the best of my ability. If you have questions on any item, please contact me before the bid closes. Items are sold as-is with no warranty and no returns. I will ship worldwide. Generally, I will ship items using US Postal Service First Class Mail and all bids are quoted using read more
