Low Reserve!. You are bidding on an exquisite old marked, Lenzkirch key wind shelf clock. Civil war era or a bit later! Beautiful, ornate solid brass case. Serial # 452348. Selling As Is. Nice patina! Showing some small areas of probably polish residue. Numerals are porcelain with several scratches. i tiny chip to top left corner of numeral 11( XI) .Works look complete with no damage that I can see, but I didn't go any deeper than removing back cover as you see. Clock does not run. for more than a few seconds. Appears to be tight. May just need minor adjustment and possibly oil or may be more serious? I am no clock expert; just a lover of old clocks! I don't even know w to oil them Some minor scratches perhaps to case.No chips, cracks or repairs to case or adornments. Key included, but may not be original..Please study pictures in case I missed something.Clock case measures approx. 13" high and measures approx. 6 1/4" wide & 5 1/2" deep in maximum dimensions..A beautiful addition to your collection or start a new one! Please forgive flash glares showing as white spots! Please check my other listings for more fantastic old clocks! . I'm always happy to combine packing for multi-winners.
